How do I track my order?

You 'll receive an e-mail with your tracking number within 1-2 business days, once your order leaves our store.

In case an item is out of stock, once your parcel arrives in-store you will receive an SMS or e-mail to let you know your order is ready to collect.

You can track your order status in your account by your tracking number,once it is dispatched the shipment are updated in your account.

If an order includes multiple items, each may have separate delivery and tracking information.

Delivery time starts from the day you place your order (it takes almost 1-7 business days to be received on your hand).
What are your delivery options?

Standard Delivery is up to 7 business days following order confirmation.

Exceptional circumstances beyond our control such as bad weather, courier delays or during high season and sale, delivery might take a little longer.

Shipping is available within Egypt and deliveries are made between 7 am - 9 pm.

If you have chosen home delivery, we will send you an email confirming that your items have been dispatched (when your order leaves the warehouse), if you have chosen store delivery, we will send you a text message when your order is attainable.

If you are not available to receive your delivery, the carrier will leave a contact card at your address saying when they will attempt to re-deliver the package.

How do I return an item?
Return by mail

Your package contains a Packing Slip with everything you need to make a return. This includes a Return Form, which must accompany your return.

Your refund will be issued to the same credit card you used for the original purchase. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable unless something is incorrect with your order.

How can I contact your couriers?
we are contacting with our courier (FedEx) through opening a business customer account on their website and communicate with their service Contractor local representative in Egypt (Egypt express) to register so that we can enjoy the flexibility of shipping with FedEx for your shipments.
Do you provide International delivery?
No. At this point, Fashion Boutique delivers products only within Egypt.
What is your returns policy?

You have 14 days to decide if an item is right for you. Fashion boutique will refund or exchange an item, provided that it has not been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn and that all labels and tags are attached.

Exchanges and returns at Fashion boutique are always free of charge, using our return methods (return by mail).

Fashion boutique reserves the right to reject returns sent or communicated beyond the return period limit, or items which are not in the same condition in which they were received.

What is your order cancellation policy?
